Shipping is free
Every order ships free to United Kingdom. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach, and no shipping line added at checkout.
How long it takes
- Standard delivery: 6–8 days from dispatch.
- The 3-bottle pack ships express, 3–5 days.
- Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. After that, the next business day.
The 8-day promise
We aim for 6 to 8 days. If your order is delivered more than 8 days after it ships, we put store credit back in your account — no form, no chasing, no proof needed from you. We check the carrier's delivery timestamp against your dispatch date ourselves.
VAT and customs
Your parcel is sent from outside the UK. Until our UK VAT registration is live the carrier may collect import VAT, and usually a handling fee, before delivery. We would rather say so here than let it arrive as a surprise; if it happens on an order of ours, send us the receipt and we refund what you were charged.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned. If tracking has not moved for five days, email us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Addresses
We can change a delivery address up until the parcel is dispatched. After that we cannot. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we refund the order in full once it arrives.
What we ship
Fragrance is classed as a limited-quantity dangerous good because of its alcohol content, so it travels by ground rather than air on some routes. That is why we quote a window rather than a next-day promise.
