30-day returns
If a fragrance is not for you, email hello@blabliblulife.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will start a return. Send the bottle back with at least 90% of the fragrance left and we refund the price you paid for it.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Separately from our 30-day policy, UK law gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back. Tell us in writing — an email is enough. We refund the full order, including the standard delivery you paid, within 14 days of getting the goods back. Our own 30-day policy is longer, so most people use that instead.
Model cancellation form
You do not have to use this form — an email saying you want to cancel is enough — but the Consumer Contracts Regulations require us to make it available, so here it is. Copy it, fill it in, and send it to the address below.

What we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot resell a bottle that has been used past a few sprays, so returns of mostly-empty bottles are refused. Discovery set vials are sealed for hygiene and cannot be returned once opened — that is what the discovery set credit below is for. None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or wrong
If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund it in full, including delivery, and you do not have to send anything back. This applies however long ago you ordered.
The discovery set credit
Order a discovery set, live with the scents for a week, then put what you paid towards any full-size bottle. One code, sent with your set, valid for 60 days. The code is single-use and applies to one full-size bottle.
The delivery promise credit
We aim for 6 to 8 days. If your order is delivered more than 8 days after it ships, we put store credit back in your account — no form, no chasing, no proof needed from you. The credit is £4 and it is ours to issue, not yours to claim — if the carrier's delivery date is more than 8 days after dispatch, it goes on your account.
When you get your money
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, within 5 business days of the return arriving. How fast it shows up after that is your bank, not us — usually 3 to 5 days.
Return shipping
We pay return shipping when something is faulty, damaged or wrong. For a change-of-mind return you pay to send it back.
Email us before you send anything back — we will give you the right return address for your market and make sure it is logged against your order.
