This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you visit https://blablubliperfumes.com or buy from us. Bla Bli Blu is a trading name of Navyug Trading LLC. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and what you ordered.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. Card numbers are entered on their systems and never reach ours — we only see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
- Contact information: anything you send us by email, and the address you give us if you join a launch or restock list.
- Usage information: pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser type.
Why we use it
- To take, pack, ship and support your order — without this we cannot sell you anything.
- To answer your emails and handle returns, refunds and delivery-promise credits.
- To send marketing email, only if you asked for it. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately.
- To understand which pages and products work, so we can improve them.
- To prevent fraud and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Under UK GDPR our legal bases are: performance of a contract (orders and support), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, understanding how the site is used), consent (marketing email and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We pass it only to the companies that make an order work:
- Our ecommerce and payment platform, to process your order and payment.
- Carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver the parcel.
- Our email platform, to send order updates and any marketing you opted into.
- Analytics providers, to count visits and measure which pages perform.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
Where your data goes
We are based in the United States, so your information is transferred outside the UK. Those transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, together with contractual safeguards with each provider.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax law requires — seven years in the United States. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for three years. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Cookies and tracking
We store two kinds of thing on your device. Strictly necessary items — your bag, your market, and your answer to the cookie banner — are set because the site cannot work without them. Analytics, which counts page views and remembers which link brought you here, is set only after you accept. Nothing analytics-related is written before you answer, and declining deletes anything already there.
We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends that signal we treat it as a binding opt-out and analytics stays off, whatever is stored on this device.
Change what we measure, or switch it off entirely.
Marketing email
We email you only if you asked us to — by joining the launch list or ticking the box at checkout — or about an order you actually placed. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe and we act on it immediately, as PECR requires.
Children
This store is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
When we change this policy we change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the site.
