Shipping is free
Every order ships free to United States. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach, and no shipping line added at checkout.
How long it takes
- Standard delivery: 6–8 days from dispatch.
- The 3-bottle pack ships express, 3–5 days.
- Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. After that, the next business day.
The 8-day promise
We aim for 6 to 8 days. If your order is delivered more than 8 days after it ships, we put store credit back in your account — no form, no chasing, no proof needed from you. We check the carrier's delivery timestamp against your dispatch date ourselves.
Sales tax
Prices are shown before sales tax. Tax is worked out at checkout from your delivery address and shown to you before you pay. Shipping is free, so the total you are asked for is the price plus tax and nothing else — there are no handling, service or processing fees.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned. If tracking has not moved for five days, email us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Addresses
We can change a delivery address up until the parcel is dispatched. After that we cannot. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we refund the order in full once it arrives.
What we ship
Fragrance is classed as a limited-quantity dangerous good because of its alcohol content, so it travels by ground rather than air on some routes. That is why we quote a window rather than a next-day promise.
